Good quality and quick despatch

I don't know how to describe the pasta dough I tried to make with this powder. The recipe was 3cups of plain flour plus 3 eggs and a tablespoon of olive oil and a quarter cup of water with a pinch of salt. So easy. I wanted to make tortellini but all I made was frogspawn. I wrapped the sloppy mix in cling film and the next day it was still frogspawn. The dough or paste had little white globules all the way through and no amount of kneading could remove it. Now I am in self-isolation the likelihood of getting out to buy some real flour if any was to be had, is absolute zero.
