Good starter
The media could not be loaded. A good starter I guess. Instructions are good and intuitive. Nice extras like the mic (couldn’t get it to load on my computer and the cam ends up just being a generic (USB cam) and the brand name worked on the first try but wouldn’t load again (win11). Zoom is poor but pretty fair image stabilization. The light is very bright and helpful but the IR low light wasn’t much to talk about. Does hold a 512 sims card which is nice. Batteries came pre charged so not long to charge and use right out of the box. If I didn’t have specific needs for a cam I’d of kept it for backyard activities. No remote and no app to get help with using with phone or computer. To be fair they didn’t advertise a remote but an app would be nice. The biggest issue is the quality of the video. An old iOS 12 camera really makes it noticeable. I needed a cam for teaching guitar and the zoom clarity close up doesn’t exist. Can’t zoom on the fret board and fret markers, so can’t show students tab/note annotation. I’m torn between 3and 4 stars. If you’re using for casual use and at the price it’s a 4 and some user could justifiably give 5 stars for this cam. If you need clear close up and true 60fps at 1080/4k you won’t get that and for that I’m giving 3stars.Recommend for the casual user. Don’t mean to be harsh in review just want folks to know what they’re getting and to be fair to the company, I need to put out the money to get what I need.This is a great price for a 4K starter camera.

Works good, 4k good quality
The media could not be loaded. Brought 2 batteries, works well, i use it to record my YouTube videos, it sometimes cuts videos into various files, not sure why it does that and I can't find a teleprompter to go with it, but other than that it's cool

Poor recordings
Not a good quality, my iPhone takes better quality recordings .

Old technology
Did not have large Sims card technology. Did not have touchscreen. Poor video quality.
