Like fellow Los Angeles metal pioneers System of a Down, Incubus find themselves lumped in with the nu-metal fraternity merely because they're young(ish), angry and very loud. That's more than a little unfair, because their sound owes more to the clever and creative funk-metal of Faith No More or the Red Hot Chilli Peppers than the faux-rap posturing of Limp Bizkit. In fact, songs like "Nice to Know You", "Circles" and the excellent "Blood on the Ground" barely display any immature attitude problems at all, in spite of being both angry and very loud. But that's not all that sets Incubus apart: on "I Wish You Were Here", "Just a Phase", "11am" and "Mexico", Incubus show an uncharacteristic willingness to tread softly when necessary, using acoustic guitars and touches of strings to make less noise, but more impact. Some could call it selling out, but it sounds more like growing up. Morning View is a leap forward for a band who continue to get better with each release. --Robert Burrow

This Incubus is a «must have» for fans. The range melodies are very good, some sweet and yet others will make some part of your body react to the Rock sound. Very good to listen by morning time BTW. Great to hear from first to last track.

Il capolavoro degli Incubus ad un prezzo incredibile!
Un bellissimo sound. Ho letto che è un disco che è stato registrato in uno studio di registrazione vicino ad una spiaggia. Si distacca molto dal loro tipico sound. Credo sia molto valido. Imballaggio e rapidità. Il brano "echo é un traghettante capolavoro assoluto di questa band. Di consegna sempre puntuali e precisi. Prezzo ottimo!!!! Un disco icona di questo genere.

Incubus haben mit Morning View eines der Alben abgeliefert, das auch in 50 Jahren noch so gehört wird und vermutlich als Klassiker genannt wird.Das Album bietet abwechslungsreiche Rocksongs.Von Einheitsbrei keine Spur.Anspieltipps: Nice to Know You, I Wish you were here, Are you in. Damit bekommt man wohl einen ganz guten Querschnitt, was einem auf dem Album geboten wird.Und das zu einem mittlerweile absolut fairen Preis, bei dem jeder der auch nur ansatzweise mit Rpckmusik etwas anfangen kann zuschlagen sollte, sofern er dieses Album noch nicht besitzt.

Todo un acierto por parte de "Music on Vinyl" reeditar los albumes mas importantes de Incubus. Es un disco totalmente nuevo, si ya los habías escuchado en CD estos vinilos te sorprenderán gratamente. Por parte de Amazon, como siempre, las condiciones y calidad de la gestión y el envío excelentes

Eine der besten Platten des Jahrzehnts
Was soll ich großartig sagen'.Ich höre Rock jetzt schon Jahre lang und diese Platte ist damals wie auch heute mein absoluter Favorite.Ich würde behaupten, mich im Genre Rock mittlerweile sehr gut auszukennen und kann somit aus gutem Gewissen sagen, dass dieses Album mit großem Abstand eines der Besten ist.Ja mein Vor-Rezensent hat Recht. Es gibt viele Bands die in Deutschland leider keine große Anerkennung finden. Aber zu behaupten, diese Platte sei nur Durchschnitt ist ein großer Fehler. Natürlich sind die Geschmäcker verschieden und es gibt bestimmt auch Leute, die meine Meinung nicht teilen. Aber wenn es überhaupt ein Rockalbum gibt, das 5 Sterne verdient hat, dann ist es dieses. Liebes Amazon, bitte gebt diesem Album ausnahmsweise 50 Sterne.Ich habe alle Lieder auf dieser Platte bestimmt schon 100mal gehört und hab mir das Album trotzdem noch gekauft. Dieses Album muss man einfach besitzen.Andere Bands brauchen 5 Alben um nur annährend so viele Burner zusammenzutragen, wie Incubus hier in einem einzigen Album.Zu den Liedern an sich muss ich nicht mehr viel sagen. Die Platte ist von vorne bis hinten stimmig. Vielleicht kurz meine All-Time Favorites:'"Nice to know you"' Mir fällt nur ein Wort dafür ein: Geil."Circles" explodiert, dass es einen bis zum Mond katapultiert."Wish you were here" Moment... lasst euch das bitte auf der Zunge zergehen "Wish you were here" Das wohl beste Lied, das Incubus jemals aufgenommen hat. Kein Weg führt daran vorbei. Alleine wegen diesem Lied sollte man sich das Album kaufen."Are you in" chillig, harmonisch, ich lieg am Strand, ich guck in den Himmer, ich hör "Are you In""Under my Umbrella"' außergewöhnliches Tempo. Man hat keine Zeit um Luft zu holen. Es ist einfach immer wieder super zu hören wie sich der letzte Chorus ankündigt. Er baut sich auf und explodiert mit einem dermaßen geilen hohen Pieps-Geräusch (ich weiß, dummes Wort ;-) ) dass es einem fast die Schuhe auszieht. Bitte dreht den Player, bei diesem Lied, richtig laut auf."'Aqueous Transmission'" Ich weiß bis heute noch nicht so richtig, wie man das ausspricht. Ich drück mich immer davor, wenn es zur Sprache' kommt... Das Aqua Transmission Dings-Bums eben. Super smoothes Lied. Aber gar nicht Incubus typisch. Trotzdem super. Das erste Mal mit dem IPod dachte ich wirklich, es würde ein Frosch irgendwo sitzen.OK. Jetzt wurde es doch etwas ausführlicher als ich eigentlich geplant hatte.Kurz und knapp:KAUFEN!!! KAUFEN!!! und noch mal KAUFEN!!!

Der absolute Wahnsinn
Was führ ein Album !!!Von vorn bis hinten kommt dieses grandiose Album ohne auch nur einen wirklich schwachen Song aus.Die Mischung von ruhigen und energiegeladenen Tracks ist perfekt abgestimmt und man kann sich einfach nicht satt hören weil man immer wieder neue Facetten und Genialitäten entdeckt.Da wie gesagt eigentlich alle Stücke überragend sind spare ich mir an dieser Stelle Favoriten zu nennen.Neben "S.I.E.N.C.E." das stärkste Incubus Album und das beste was in letzter Zeit überhaupt auf den Markt gekommen ist.

Apprezzabile..
Gruppo davvero tecnico e con sound particolare ma in questo album sono davvero pochi i pezzi che veramente meritano le 5 stelle.Parere personale: Acqueous Transmission è magnifica.Per quanto riguarda la spedizione ovviamente Amazon puntualissimo e prodotto sigillato e in ottimo stato!
