BSL for Kids I Can Wash My Hands (AAC / ASD / EAL) Point & Select Picture Symbol Visual Aid Resource

I bought this for my 8 year old son who has autism. I was very happy with the board when I first received it. It was a perfect size with clear instructions as pictured. I decided to hang the board on the bathroom tiles above the sink area. I hung the board at eye level so he could see and look at the board to follow the instructions. The board was wipe clean but unfortunately it is not waterproof. After a few days the board became wet due to my son touching the board with wet hands. The water leaked through onto the image inside and all the ink from the image ran through and ruined the pictured instructions. So please be aware of this if you decide to buy it.

This is absolutely wonderful! I'd really recommend this charts for child's with ASD! My son finds them so helpful, and prefers to use the bathroom where they are on the wall! Just as a suggestion to the creators I would add perhaps showing that the soap is rubbed on the hands would be good, but otherwise this is such a helpful aid! Thank you!

Product is exactly like picture and as described. Son has yet to use it. He can be heavy handed not sure how long the clock finger will last, only time will tell. Would have liked it to have been slightly bigger but that is a personal thing.

This is an excellent chart in my bathroom. My son has responded well to this and finds it easier and more fun to wash his hands.

Really helpful at toilet time at our Pre-school.
