Comfortable and adjustable
Easy to put together and strong enough for my big bum.Lots of adjustable support and very comfortable.I sometimes clatter my legs into the foot stool that slides under the seat but it doesn’t get in the way.No noticeable squeaks or creaks.Very happy with the new addition to the home office.

Great chair
I did many hours of research before buying this chair. It was simple enough to assemble.It is comfortable and I like the recline and headrest, which I didnt think I would use much but now I have it, I love it! The lumbar support is also highly adjustable and massively helps my back as I have awful back pain. So major plus there.I am very pleased with this chair and I recommend it.

Helped my back!
Purchased this chair for home working, to help with my back from constant sitting and it has really helped. Super comfortable and no more numb bum! Love the recliner option!

Not a bad chair, but didn’t blow me away
The reason I bought this chair was because of its recline and the combination of a mesh back and spring/foam seat. I’m happy to say the recline is very deep, but it is let down by the distance that comes between you and the short armrests, so when reclining it does not suppose the elbows well. The armrests are adjustable but not by much. The armrests are also not very soft, something I didn’t think would matter much but after a while I can start to feel it on my elbows. I purchased soft arm rest covers which help.I sit in this chair many hours of the day and do find it comedy for the most part, the mesh is good quality and the seat is firm and keeps it’s shape so far. The ergonomic footrest is nice too.The headrest I think could do with going much higher and lower, there isn’t much adjustability. The base is sturdy and looks nice, and overall looks professional. Worth the price over some of the super expensive brands

Poor Quality
Very disappointed with this chair, especially given the price tag.I am 5ft 11 and I weigh 110kg, this chair would not go high enough for me to be able to sit comfortably. The base of the chair seems fine when you first sit on it, but after a few hours the foam squashes to nothing and I may as well have been sitting on a flat piece of wood.The foot rest is annoying and catches the back of your legs and the arm rests are not comfortable either.All together, poor quality and certainly not worth £249.00.

Think twice before purchasing
After 6 months of use I am disappointed with this item. The seat pad is very comfortable but the back position has very limited adjustability. It appears to have two positions and neither of them are suited to me and my working style.The upright position feels as if you are being pushed forwards all the time. The recline position is too far back , there is no way you could work at your desk in that position.I wish I had returned the chair now - but thought it would become more comfortable with time
