I find it very handy to use. Since I bought it, most of the time I am using it instead of an iron box. It heats up with few seconds and steam starts building and ready to use.I have tried it on different types of fabric, it works well on all of them. This is a must have appliance at home. Travel time, easy to carry and it removes wrinkles and crease lines from the garments in few minutes.

Used this product but couldn't find it very effective.Also it suddenly got electric sparked off. Smelling smoke. When checke with customer care , they ask to courier the product to munbai on our own expenses as they don't have any customer service centre's anywhere except mumbai.That's really poor customer service infrastructure.

The media could not be loaded.  Tried to remove creases on delicate fabric for which I had ordered this for. Tried over 2 mins. Even put the Stefan iron in the the fabric but totally useless!!
