Works well for tired or swollen eyes. You can use it cold or at room temperature. Only problem is if used cold the material will start sweating on your face as it melts. So I'd recommend a light cloth in between unless u want a wet face😅

It freezes in the freezer, not cold enough in the refrigerator.If taken out from the freezer, 10-15 minutes prior to use, it is wonderful for cold compress of the eyes.Relieves strain and soothes headaches too.Just a tad heavy, so do not fasten the strip onto your face if you intend going to sleep.Works as advertised if used with care.Overpriced but better than others out there.
