كنت في غاية الحماس أنتظر هذا المنتج لكن للأسف وصلني مكسور لا اعلم السبب هل هو من المصنع ام من التوصيل😭😭الان طلبت ارجاع السلعه من تاريخ ١٩ اغسطس ونحن الان بتاريخ ٢٢ سبتمر ولم ترجع لي اموالي

At first I had the issue of the top plate falling out like some other users have reported but upon experimenting and understanding the mechanism I now don't seem to experience that. Having the versatility to change the plates and obtain extras is great. It is a real shame the waffle plate isn't included though. It absolutely should be for the price.It arrived with a paint scratch. There are no other signs of previous use so can only assume it came from the factory like this or it somehow rubbed against the internal packing materials to cause this. I contacted Amazon and they part refunded me so I was ok to accept it as it is in the end.Anyway, I love the control the item gives me and the way it looks in general. It's too expensive and clearly quality control is lacking but there is still nothing quite like it on the market (combination of PFAS removable grill plates / it's size / it's level of control over the heating of both plates) as an alternative.

Love it! I got this to replace a George Foreman that had lost its non stick. For that reason it was important to me to get a grill with removable plates. Ultimately, I chose this grill for the height adjustment because I didn't see that on any competitors. Now I can mealt cheese on burgers without having to hold the lid open at exactly the right height!Having control of the temperature (on both plates!) will take some getting used to but it's easy to use and the dials are nicely tactile.It's a shame the waffle plates are not included and that they're so expensive to buy. I'd love to get them if they were half the price.On a side note, the button to open flat was stuck in when we bought it from Amazon warehouse. I was able to fix this by pulling it out with sticky tape and now it works perfectly.

plates not secure, and top plate falls off with a simple nudge, not sure its meant to, I'm also baffled as to the 6 in 1 description, it has 4, waffle plates not included, returned as potentially faulty

I’ve already done a review on this, my experience with green pan has been subjective, the pots & pans I originally bought, one had the coating come off in tiny spots, cleaned the pans correctly to manufacture instructions, had a debate with green pans customer service & eventually they agreed to send a new pan out witch took a lot out of me trying to get my point across. They sent out wrong pan so I just gave up, then I ordered this grill & my goodness how badly it was built was unbelievably, the sides don’t match so if you put a steak on it cooks on side better than the other due to the uneven positions of the grills, sent back & green pan are now in my don’t use list. Shame as I liked there idea of no pfas or pfoa coating just a pity I’ve had a few bad products & I’ve only ordered twice.
