As described and does what should

We already own two of these identical chargers bought from that other online marketplace. We've had them a few years and never had any issues with them. The on/off switch with blue led is very handy for our purposes as we can just switch them off at night without unplugging anything that is midway through charging of needs be. Great for safety.My daughter had a different type of usb hub in her room which stopped working on all ports after only a year or so. I also didn't like the fact that you couldn't visually see if it was switched on and things were often left charging in it. You know kids, they put things on to charge then go to sleep with them a few inches away, or walk away to school with them left charging all day unsupervised. So this replaced the dodgy usb hub and I feel much better knowing I can see if it's turned on or off from the doorway of her room. And turn it off with the flick of a switch if needs be!In terms of how well it works, well there's no issues, just like we've had no issues with the others we own (and are still working well after 6 or 7 years now). These are a really good price too. They might not look like flashy technology but they do what they need to do and as far as our experience goes, they are safe and the on/off switch is a must. The blue led light is bright, and I read that someone said it was too bright. I don't think it's any brighter than an alarm clock display and I also don't think that bright is a bad thing but if it bothers anyone, you could stick some tape over it!

How many times in the past have I had great fun trying to remember and find where my charging leads were last used. So many different chargers, using so many sockets. This handy little box makes the process of charging different devices all at once in one place (in my case the hall table). With 6 outputs, all standard USB, you can obiously charge 6 gadgets at once. There appears to be no drop in the charge power wether you are charging just 1 or all 6. I have a USB 18650 battery charger, which also works well when attached to this muti-point. Been using it now for over a year and it's great. Highly recommended. It lost a star in my travelling rating because it is fitted with a UK plug, which is great for homeland use, but, would need an adaptor if travelling to foreign climes.

I asked seller a question quick response, wanted to charge multi sensor lights, yes it does work amazingly, some multi chargers are not ideal but this one is perfect

A little costly for six usb ports and a switch. It works and does the job but should have chosen something better built / looking as this is just cheap feeling and cheaply built.

Excellent usb port at great price

Amended review Feb 2024: 3.5 months after purchase not working at all, except the annoying blue light. Don’t buy.Previous review (Nov 2023): I really like this charging port, it’s made things very much tidier - no more individual bulky mains/ USB converters plugged into a large 5-way mains extension on my bedside table. And it charges several devices simultaneously at a good rate.BUT, it has a very bright blue light. Even with a dark bit of tape stuck over it, it still glows through the white plastic housing, enough to illuminate the room at night.
