I bought these for everyday wear to support for high arches & over pronation, as replacement for another brand which have now worn out. These are advertise as fitting up to a size 7. I put these in my trainers which are size 5 and they only just fit. Definitely wouldn't be right for a size 7. When I walked in them they seemed comfortable enough, and would have kept them except the insoles "click"! It appears the black & red bits weren't stuck together properly on the inside, causing them to click when I put my heel to the floor. I have sent them back and received an immediate refund.

I have been suffering painfui feet for years due to wearing shoes with no support (e.g. uggs, converse shoes). I couldn't really afford to buy expensive support shoes so I thought I'd try these out in the interrim. They are fantastic! They slot right into my converse transforming them into the most comfortable shoes in the world. The arch support is amazing. Within minutes, my knees, legs and feet stopped hurting and my mood instantly lifted! I felt like I was walking around with a constant foot massage!

I got this to give converses more support, and they do make them very comfortable with a lot more arch support, but if you do the same, don't look at the guide underneath them. A small (2.5-6) that I got fits in size 5 converses without any cut down with a slight (not noticeable with my foot) gap right at the end, and snuggly everywhere else. If the front of your foot is already snug consider those half length ones - this feels like adding an extra pair of socks.

These fitted in my size 5 boots perfectly but that's all that was good.There is no support at all on my arch, which is what I bought them for. Felt my knee pain as much as ever with these insoles.Will go back and purchase some of the last ones I bought, which were £5 cheaper and have great arch support.

love these insoles so comfortable and are actually helping with my very sore feet I have had nhs insoles from the podiatry unit but these seem so much more effective .Im only size 2 but after easily trimming to size these fit very well into my trainers Have been wearing these constantly for about 2[3 weeks so hopefully with more time my feet will start to feel normal

These insoles fit well, but I was expecting them to support the arch more, these were kind of flat. Other then that hey were great.

I hurt my foot a while back and have found that this support has helped a great deal. I am really pleased with it.

Purchased these support for fallen arches how ever in trying them I found them uncomfortable as they were not long enough to fit a size 7 ladies shoes.
