The bands aren’t very elastic. I regret buying them.

Band quality and elasticity are very bad compared to ones i have.Not recommended.

Band snapped the first time I used it. Absolute useless

Product was right, had to reorder same product, due to delivery instruction issue. I had to re purchase and then pay a penalty for returning. This has happened now 6 times with Amazon charging back on refunds, when they are making sooooooo much money on the front end. I am going to start sourcing out other options to purchase moving forward. I will I use Amazon’s when only in an urgent situation.shame on Amazon. The more I research Amazon, the more evil I witness.

Review from my wife: I use these during my warm up before every lifting session or workout. Comes with 3 different resistance levels. They are good quality—I’m not worried about them snapping on me, and they don’t have that chalky rubber feel to them that I hate (I’m a little weird with textures and the way things feel). These are also great for substituting a lift or workout at home if you don’t have much equipment such as a cable machine. All around good product!
