This is what the blurb says: "Experience the benefits of our potent formula containing a generous 500mg of NAD plus an additional Trans-Resveratrol 600mg, alongside 50mg of Black Pepper extract for maximum absorption."On the side of the box, it states a serving size is two tablets to get 500mg of NMN, 600mg trans-resveratrol and 50mg black pepper extract which means that each capsule must contain only half the stated dosage. That would also be consistent with the laws of physics, as each capsule is roughly half the size of the existing capsules I take from another manufacturer, which are exactly the same dosage.I would have bought the other manufacturer's product but I could no longer find them on Amazon so I turned to this manufacturer.From what I can see, instead of the 30-days supply for my wife and I, I appear to only have 15-days supply which makes it rather more expensive than I expected. My wife also can’t swallow the tablets whole so I crack them open for her. The capsules contain a yellowish coloured powder which is quite unlike any other brand of NMN and Trans- Resveratrol that we have ever bought before so, not only am I not convinced by the quantity, I am unconvinced by the quality.
