I never really write reviews, but this is a defective item, there is no seller to contact, and Amazon customer service was less than helpful. This review should really be a zero, as well as a zero for Amazons customer service. After just 4 months the clock stopped keeping time, would just revert to 12:00 AM. I also had horrible customer service from Amazon. Because the item was outside the return window I could only return it if I paid a restocking fee, of course they wouldn’t tell me how much that would be except it would be over 50% the cost of the item. There also was not an option to contact the seller directly. I would not recommend this item at all.

My kids loved it! Helped out for reading a digital clock and the colors were so cool! Perfect size weight and alarm volume! It was so easy to set up and use! Loved the remote functions!
