Fantastic with a modified install method
These are amazing once they are installed. The installation was done by the small, female engineer for 4 of these. So women or anybody else that is small, you can do this. It is important to know that Bob and Brad are amazing PTs but construction is probably not their forte. I tried one of these using their method and it did not go on straight.1) The center to center distance of the holes is 1.5 inches.2) Find your stud (yes you MUST install on a stud).3) Start at the highest of all that you want to install or you will have a lot of debris on the lower ones.4) Place the bracket, use the screw that comes with the bracket to punch a mark through the top hole. You can choose to do this with both holes and avoid using a ruler. This will also help guarantee hitting centers of the hole.5) If you didn't punch 2 marks, measure down 1.5 inches from the top hole.6) Drill out BOTH holes with the recommended 1/8 inch drill bit. Again VERIFY that you are hitting a stud for the entire depth.7) Use the recommended 5/16" socket to attach the bracket. I got both started by hand to keep them straight, reverted to an electric driver and then back to manual to avoid over tightening.8) Repeat for the remaining brackets. Alternatively you can repeat step 4/5 for all brackets first, then drill out (6) for all brackets second, and then install (7) last.Tip: If for some reason your screw is not going in straight, the plastic is flexible enough to allow the socket in to fully seat the screw. I did this on the first bracket that I installed - the bottom one in the photo.Good luck and good health.

Herculean Wall Anchors
I purchased these wall anchors because they are designed by doctors and are not made of metal. In my opinion, metal wall anchors may break apart at the welded areas and the hook point seems dangerous. Bob's and Brad's anchors work as advertised. I use heavy duty resistance bands, 60 lbs, 70 lbs, 80 lbs, 90 lbs and 100 lbs. Although some competitors advertise that a caribanger don't work with Bob's and Brad's wall anchors, I use caribangers with these wall anchors without any problems. Bob's and Brad's wall anchors were easy to install using the anchor bolts provided.

Very Strong, A little difficult to install.
These wall anchors are very strong. I gave it 4 stars because it's a little difficult to install. Here are my tips. First you need a pen/pencil and a wall stud finder. I purchased a magnet one, it got very good reviews, but the nails in my wall must be pretty small because it had a hard time finding them. I recommend getting an electronic one from Home Depot or Lowes and can always return afterwards. :) I bought a 1/8th drill bit to drill starter holes for the screws, but when I tried drilling in the screws they would stop 2/3's of the way in. So what I recommend is drill the screws in without the starter holes, then use a 8mm socket/ratchet to screw them in the rest of the way. The ratchet is key, it really secures the anchors well.1. Pen/Pencil2. Electronic Stud Finder3. Drill to screw in.4. 8mm socket and ratchetI used it for the first time today, very secure. Good product!

These wall anchors make it easier to work out with resistance bands
These wall anchors make it easier to work out with resistance bands. I have them on my wall in my office and I am enjoying working out with them. I watch the Bob & Brad video to know how to do exercises with the wall anchors and resistance bands. I was kind of hesitant to put these on my wall in my office - because -well you know - might not look nice & pretty - but I am so glad I did it. Great purchase. No regrets.

Perfect fit!
Having a very small space to work with I needed a solution that would help get the most out of my workouts. By placing these guys into the studs at varying heights allowed me to do just that. I recommend these anchors to add to your home gym>

Excellent Quality
The Resistance Band Wall Anchors arrived in one day. The anchors include two screws per anchor to attach each anchor to a wall stud. One review I read suggested to use a ratchet rather than a screw driver and I completely agree. You don’t have to worry about stripping the screw! I used an 11/64 drill bit for the anchor hole, and it was perfect. I drilled one hole and attached the wall anchor with one screw. I then inserted the drill bit through the second anchor hole and drilled very slightly to mark the location of the second screw. Sliding the anchor aside, I drilled the second hole, then moved the anchor back in place and installed the second screw. It took about five minutes per wall anchor and they are very secure. The wall anchors are made of a very heavy plastic material and appear to be very solid. This is a great product!

Must have for band training A+++ Product!
I was in need of band training in a small exercise room that had no room for additional products/machines. Stumbled into an ad in a Pilates magazine and thought this would be perfect. Watched their video on the install; pulled the plug and purchased. All I can say after my first three weeks of using it.... FABULOUS!!! Yes, you do need someone with the tools and skills to install this properly. It is vital that you follow their directions on finding and installing on the studs. Do not skimp on the instructions. Regardless, it has completely enhanced my home workouts. My suggestion is watch the videos and workouts shown by the inventors/therapists. If you like what you see and can have it installed properly, go for it. This is a unique item that is simple but 100% quality.Lastly, I ended up buying a set of bands with handles and ankle Velcros. A couple of long bands too. You initially think the stronger ones don't work on the slots/holes but they do. Stretch them when attaching to thin them out to fit through. I'm very happy!
