My first order of this mirror was completely shattered, but through the return process I received a beautiful mirror for my office! It came quick and the free shipping label for the return also came the next day I requested for a return. Overall, amazing product and I appreciate the fast service after returning the initial shattered mirror I recieved.

This full length mirror fits perfectly in my space. It's decent sized, very sleek, and elegant. The black rim makes it universal for any space or aesthetic, and there was no assembly required! I have it leaning on it's built in stand and love it that way, but you could definitely hang it too!

Big and good looking and the stand works perfectly so my daughters can move anywhere in their rooms!! Love it

I seriously cannot fathom why Amazon still allow this junk to be sold. I ordered 3 of these, ALL of them were faulty. The first was in the black frame, it had scratches. I asked for a replacement which came completely shattered with the packaging barely taped together. I took one last shot and ordered another replacement - this time in gold frame. It arrived just now. Again, shoddy packaging, completely shattered. What on Earth?? It's been a massive waste of my time, back and forth with Amazon customer service to return, packing and taping, never mind the footprint on delivering something consistently awful. I give up on trying with this mirror. Such a shame because it is the perfect size and so elegant, otherwise. But awful materials and no care for getting it to the customer in one piece.

Mirror looks exactly like the photos & measurements are accurate. Packaging isn't the best. I received mine broken. I did file a claim & received a new one within a couple days

I LOVEEEE THIS MIRROR!! i bought this for my room, and im obsessed. i do wish there was a white option, but other then that its nice. it came on time and in tact. definitely recommend.

The thin metal frame surrounding the mirror made it light and easy to wall mount. It looks great with our other black fixtures in remodeled bathroom.

Ok but mounting brackets don’t line up if you are mounting on wall vertically. Bought four mirrors and had to redrill and remount one bracket on each to mount mirror’s straight. Off by as much ad1/2” !

Mirror is okay . But we had to reposition a hook on every mirror to level it. Discrepancy was a lot. By a couple of cm. It took about 40-50 min for 4 mirrors to re-adjust these connections .

Love the mirror! It was safely delivered in a secure packaging. Easy to unpack and it is not heavy at all. I am 5'10 so I should have chosen a larger mirror but this one is also very nice for now.

Very disappointed. I bought three of these mirrors to mount side by side on the wall and none of the frames were straight. Packaging was also damaged in shipping, which had damaged the framing on one of the mirrors. To return the mirrors, I was only provided with the option to return myself with no shipping label provided and had to pay $150 dollars to UPS to have them shipped back to an Amazon processing facility only 30 minutes from my home, with no compensation being made available for the inconvenience. Would not buy these mirrors again.
