This is the 3rd or 4th case that my wife tried within about 5 months. Each one falls apart within weeks.

I love this case and strap. BUT the two sides are "stretched" and I. am afraid the phone risks slipping out. Note also that the inside looks slightly scraped up. I wouldn't have even noticed except for the loose sides. Was this item used and returned? I'd love to hear from the seller, as I am willing to return this one for a new one.

This is a really terrific phone case, especially if you don’t always have a pocket to slip your phone into. I keep the wrist chain on it at all times and find that it helps me hold onto the phone as well it as gives me a dangle-from-my wrist option if I need both hands for something. I keep the crossbody strap in my purse, in case I want to carry just the phone but not in my hand. The strap is good and long, so you can really wear it crossbody and it will sling low enough to really be out of the way. The silver is a good neutral color with a nice texture, so it’s not shiny in a gaudy way. It looks burnished and is attractive. There are slots for credit cards on the back, but I don’t use them often since the cards don’t go all the way in (so you can grab them I’m sure) but it’s prettier without cards visible. I’m waiting to see if the loops with for the chain (and strap) hold up with daily use—so far so good—and if they seem to be doing well I’ll probably buy a black version, too. I like this case a lot, and have received compliments, especially about the chain.

Wife uses it all the time and love it. Stitching on one of the loops started to go and got a replacement straight away with no issues.Update: loop on replacement case failed this morning 5 weeks after receipt. Obviously the loops for the straps are a weak point. If you buy, inspect the loops often to make sure you don’t drop your phone.

I loved this case at first. It seemed like a bargain compared to others I had seen. After about 6 weeks, however, the loops that hold the straps broke. I’m going to have to buy a sturdier, more expensive one after all, making this item a complete waste of money.

Around the house I don't alway wear pants that have pockets for my cellphone, and my adult children are always complaining that if I don't respond to their texts they worry. I purchased this phone case that has a cross body strap that can be attached to the case or not. I wear it with the strap around the house so I hear or feel the texts I receive. It's not real leather, but it serves the purpose and everyone's happy. It's nice to have family that cares.

Perfect for travel. It allows me to take photos quicker & I don’t have to worry that I left my phone somewhere or that it fell out of my pocket. Plus, the card holder slots are very convenient for a metro card.

Love it very sturdy. Only reason I gave it a four star was the wrist strap was not the same material it was metal. Great product
