I purchased this bike a few months ago and it arrived timely and took about 30-45 minutes to put together. I’ve had no issues with the bike and it rides great. The speed tops out at 20 mph which is the normal top speed for most e-bikes I have seen. The rear rack is very sturdy and I bought a rear side basket which hangs on the included rear rack for some extra storage space. The front light is included but runs on batteries which are not included. The bike feels very sturdy while riding although I should mention I have not used it for actual mountain biking but rather for every day commuting. Overall I’m very satisfied for the value you get in this bike and would recommend this bike to anyone.

My husband and I wanted to buy ebikes to take with us o RV trips. We wanted foldable and easy to ride. I searched numerous ebikes before I settled on the KGK city bike. I was hesitant to buy an electric bike that was not American made, but my experience has proven my hesitancy was misplaced. the bike was delivered much quicker than expected. When it was received, I did have a broken part that prevented the bike from folding and would not stay firmly together. I immediately contacted customer service. Let me say that CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT. After exchanging a couple of emails and photos to explain/show the problem, they immediately advised they would be sending a replacement bike. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed the new replacement bike arrived. This time everything was PERFECT! The bike arrives with great protective packaging. It is easy to assemble. It is easy to fold. I was again a little hesitant to have a bike with 20" wheels instead of the normal 26" but a couple of laps around the neighbor and I don't even think about the difference. As a 5'8" female, I was wanted a step-thru bike and many ebikes do not offer this option. I am so glad I have the step through ... so easy to get on/off. I am charging the battery so have not used the electric option yet, but the gears are easy to use. I will update my review using the battery later. I really wanted to let anyone that is concerned about delivery or customer service, that my experience in this area was great. I also wanted to let anyone concerned about the 20" wheels or the fit for someone of average height/build 5-6 to not let this concern you. the bike seat was too hard for me, but it was easy for me to change to my own bike seat. It is easy to adjust the seat and handlebar to fit our needs and it is a cute, fun bike to ride. It's a great bike that I can not wait to take on our RV adventures.

So far the bike has run well on trial runs! Just disappointing, there is a very slow leak on the" brand new" reartire, did not show in water soak test, took 2 days to deflate/ flat tire!

I just purchased this folding electric bike. It arrived on time and was very well packaged. It was not hard to put together took about 1/2 hour. I love this bike because it allows for the handle bars to be at a high position, which allows my back to be straight and not bent over. I also like the step through. We took the bike with us in our RV for a camping trip and somehow my husband lost the charger. I emailed the company to see if I can buy a replacement and they are sending me out a new one. I would highly recommend this bike for anyone. Easy to ride by peddling or pedal assist or at full throttle.

Arrived at my house within 2 (!!) business days. I bought a wider seat right away. Rides well with or without the battery installed. It is definitively a functioning bike without the battery.Once I tried out the pedal assist, I must say this bike has some pickup. Went up hills on lower levels, and the lowest level is almost too fast on level roads.I like that I can change the assist level and turn power on/off right from the handle bar controls. So I can only use the assist on hills and turn it off otherwise. Just wish you could toggle down levels instead of having to cycle through to get back to a lower setting.Throttle works well.The only thing that's left to see is how long the battery actually lasts, and how well it recharges after some time. I will update after a while.Pros:- super fast shipping- very well packaged and secured- instructions included- all tools needed to assemble included- found kgk video on how to assemble on youtube- sturdy little bike- rides well without battery installed- 3 keys provided with battery- pedal assist kicks in fast- good speed on throttle- able to change levels from controller on handle barCons:- some components are plastic- no taillight (came with headlight)- bell broke first time bike got folded- very narrow seat.- heavy when folded even without the battery- can't toggle DOWN pedal assist levels. Have to cycle through.- no rivnuts on frame anywhere******Update 6/10/22Battery hold charge very well so far. Get multiple rides out of one charge. Next I'm going to test how many miles you can actually get out of a charge on the different levels.

This is my first e-bike so i don't have anything to compare it to, but so far so good. It was packed very well and putting it together was quite easy. My only complaint is the seat, harder than Chinese arithmetic. I quickly changed that out, makes for a much more enjoyable ride! We're about to take the bikes on a road trip, so we will see how easily the "foldable" part is.
