1. 20 minute assembly is a joke but the assembly was easy and intuitive, directions in the booklet very clear and the video was so helpful. Two people who never did this before took about 2 hours. Something to watch out for: the first springs go onto the upper rails and you pull the mat towards them. The rest, the Springs start on the mat and you pull them into the upper rail. These directions are stated in the booklet but we did not realize and struggled to pull the mat towards the upper rail for a while. We finally figured it out that you pull the springs towards the rail for the remaining springs. Initially I thought we were missing the upper rails from the package because the video and directions show them as silver. However, we received ones that were black. I contacted the seller via Amazon to request these parts and were told to seek a a through z refund. Thankfully, we weren’t missing parts but it sounds like it might be difficult to get missing parts shipped to you if necessary as another review mentioned. 2. I was initially disappointed that we didn’t receive a zippered entrance. We received I guess the updated entrance that is kind of difficult to get in and out of but it is definitely safer. No chance of falling out. The kids got the hang of it. 3. We are short people and had difficulty screwing on the netting to the poles. Standing on the outer edge of the trampoline helped us reach the last few. 4. Our kids loved it and didn’t want to get off. I think it’s sturdy, well built and safe. I was worried the 12 foot would be small for my two kids (9 and 6) but it was more than fine! Plenty of room to run around each other and jump at the same time without coming into contact.

We waited until all our issues were addressed to make this review. First off, our honest opinion is that this trampoline is amazing! Promptly after purchase, the seller emailed that the delivery would be in three separate boxes and provided the tracking numbers. When it arrived, the boxes were very well packaged, and the components were very organized. The instruction booklet was easy to read and follow. The components appear durable and well-constructed from superior quality materials. After making sure we had all our pieces, it took my husband and I two hours to assemble. We discovered two issues when reviewing the parts prior to assembly that we had to contact the company about. (1) The padding on one of the upper net poles was ripped and (2) The ladder had some damage to the plastic covers over the hooks where it attaches to the trampoline frame. We contacted the seller with our concerns, and they responded promptly contacting the manufacturer (Jumpflex) on our behalf who requested to work with us directly to resolve the issues. Jumpflex likewise responded promptly by telephone, immediately addressed the issues, sent replacement parts quickly and provided confirming emails. There were absolutely no hassles from the company – great customer service. The trampoline is absolutely amazing! We hosted a huge party, and it was a hit with the kids and adults. The design of the opening to get in and out keeps the kids safe who are inside the trampoline. No zippers to brake. The mat is extremely bouncy. This was an excellent buy and a trampoline we will keep for a lifetime!

This is by far the best trampoline I’ve ever seen outside a gymnastics studio or trampoline park. Very high quality and very sturdy. The materials were strong and well made and I can tell it will stand up to years of use. Well worth the money. My wife and I assembled it in a couple of hours, including doing some leveling of the base since our location wasn’t ideal. We used pavers under the food pads to level it. Note that the trampoline comes in three large boxes. We were initially concerned because only two arrived and we were missing pieces. Amazon showed the product as being delivered. We contacted the seller with our concern and they notified us that in this case the third box had been shipped separately and gave us an additional tracking number. It arrived the same day we contacted them - a day after the other boxes. So if you end up short a box I would reach out first before panicking. Box #1 had a thank you note with the sellers personal contact info in it - a nice touch. The trampoline comes with a 10 year warrantee on the frame, 5 years on the mat, and 1 year on the safety mesh and accessories. The safety mesh seemed quite strong and the zipper for the enclosure is about as big and tough as I could ask for. My wife and I were very impressed with everything.

Very high quality trampoline. Assembly was very simple and the tools necessary for assembly are included with packaging. Overall assembly took a few hours (Taking breaks from Texas heat!) I decided to spend a little more for quality and this trampoline delivers quality and durability!

2 years and 2 months in and still going. Haven’t needed to replace anything. Kids love it. We have it strapped down into the ground and it is surviving Midwest winters and wind. None of the other trampolines in the neighborhood have survived more than a year, especially the enclosures. Quality product - love that eventually we can replace parts, like the mat, when they wear. We weren’t sure the price was worth it but are happy we decided to go with this!

If you put dimples down, you will have problems. Though I love the quality of this and it is a 10 star product. Initially, I was quite apprehensive about assembling the trampoline on my own, but I managed to complete the task in about an hour as a single mother. The only challenge I encountered was with pulling the springs; the provided tool didn’t seem adequate, even for someone strong. We did experience some difficulty with several ratchet straps during that process. However, I must say I am impressed with the trampoline's high quality. My older children, who weigh over 200 pounds—have used it without any issues regarding its sturdiness. I am truly pleased that I opted to invest a bit more in this model. I had considered a less expensive 16-inch trampoline at Costco for just over $200, but I chose to trust my instincts and purchase what appeared to be a higher-quality option, and it has proven to be just that. I believe I made a wise decision, and I am very satisfied with my investment. The net is well-constructed and maintains its position even during windy conditions, and the trampoline remains stable during storms. Furthermore, it has an appealing appearance, enhancing the look of my yard rather than detracting from it. I feel confident allowing my children to jump on it, even when I am not present. After reviewing various companies and consumer reports, I can confidently say that I am pleased with my purchase and happy with the product overall.
