Good value, easy setup.
This is easy to set up. The power cable was the right length and was simple to tuck out of sight. The small HUD projector and its sticky mount work perfectly. Adjusting the speed to match the speedometer took only two tries. Once turned on, it finds GPS right away and gives accurate speed and time. The windshield HUD screen that was supplied was too small, did not stick to the glass, and was not good. Replaced it with a larger 7 1/2" and better one. Overall, excellent value for the money. It gives speed and time accurately. It is safer driving with HUD information, so one's eyes are on the road. This unit delivers.

Good simple speed indicator
This is a good simple HUD unit that can display time, speed and compass direction using GPS. You just put it on your dashboard and let it reflect off the windshield. There is a film you can attach to the glass to make the reflection clearer. There are different display modes, letting you choose which elements are displayed. I've read that some people say that it is inaccurate. For me, the default settings made it display speed that was 10mph too fast past 50mph. I was able to adjust it so that it was within 1 or 2 mph from 0 to 65mph. Press and hold M to enter the menu. The first screen will show an adjustment value (I think default is 107 or something like that). Lower it to 102. Press and Hold M again to save and exit. That worked for me. The instructions are not very clear on that, but basically if it is showing too fast a speed compared to your speedometer, adjust that value downwards. If it is showing too low a speed, adjust it upwards. Limitations: 1. It uses GPS, so it takes a moment to find the signal when you start the car. 2. It uses GPS, so when you lose the signal (like in an underground parking) it will show 0mph. 3. In bright sunlight, its projection can get washed out. 4. If you wear polarized sunglasses, it may filter out the display as well. All in all, for the price, it's a good unit if you don't need anything fancy.

Needs too much time to connect- Do not buy
It needed more than 10 minutes to find the satellite signal. After it connected, it worked decently. However, it is not practical to either wait at least 10 minutes to find signal before driving. Nor is it good to not know my speed and direction until I have already been driving for 10 minutes. Disappointingly, I like many others in these reviews will have to buy a different HUD. For reference, I live in a very urbanized area of the United States with flat terrain, not too many skyscrapers and famously clear skies and nice weather. Despite these conditions, it still needed too much time to connect to the satellite. I could understand if it was a thunderstorm, or I lived in rugged terrain, or if I lived in a very remote area but none of these things apply here- leading me to conclude the product is of poor quality or that I received a unit of poor quality.

Works great... sometimes
This was easy to install and I bought a hardwire kit so I could tap my fuse box and hide the install. Looks great, used 1/4 inch black plastic auto wire conduit (about 4 inches worth) to hide and protect the exposed wire on the dash area from direct sunlight damage and make it look clean. The unit comes on when I turn on my car and gets a satellite signal within 10 seconds so by the time I back out of my garage and drive to the end of my street it starts working. I had to follow the directions to fix the speed calibration and it is dead on the correct speed now. I have had it installed for about a month now and it is getting very hot here in the Dallas TX summer sun. It gets covered by my sun shade while it is parked at work. Not sure if this is due to heat but my wife and I took a drive out into the country a few days after I installed it. It did well for the first part of the 3 hour round trip but on the way back, it locked up on 0 mph and 7:00 and that did not change until I restarted the car after we had been back for about an hour. It did not do that again until yesterday when I was at lunch. I got back from lunch, turned the car off, went inside for about 2 hours then it did fine on the ride home, no issues. Not sure if this is heat related. I am able to see it without using the provided reflective static window cling used to reflect the light better during bright day light but I may try the cling soon to see if it helps during the day. Also, the unit has an auto dim for night use that helps a lot and looks nice. It looks the best at night or sun rise, sun set. The numbers for MPH are big and easy to see even without my glasses. I can also read the smaller clock without glasses. Its hard to see the compass and the timer numbers. Looks really good with my glasses on, very clear and looks very clean. Unit is black and very small and blends into my black dash. For the price its a nice little gadget but if I were to buy another I would get one that attaches to my OBD port and use the cars computer data to get speed and other info but also has a GPS to give a compass. Maybe $10 more. Nice little gadget. Easy way to make an older car feel a little more up to date and a newer base trim level car feel a little more luxury.

Disappointed in response of unit. Speed and rpms.
The speed registers as 5 mph fast which is why I got this because my dash does the same. My gps backup mirror is correct. Also the rpms are not registered very well when hooked into the obd slot. The buttons should be on the other side so they don't face away from the driver. It's nice but could be a bit better. I would say save the 20$ and get the ten bucker.

Epic! So Awesome
I have had a heads up display in my car for the last 8 years. My old one finally bit the dust. I looked to buy a new one expecting to spend $150-200 but I was so surprised that this one was less than $30. I ordered it and have been using it for a week now and it is so excellent. Installing it was a breeze and as soon as I installed it, it started working wonderfully. I cannot take pictures of it because the film you put on the windshield reflects but I can tell you that this product is a 10 out of 10. There are 6 different display modes. I chose display 2 which gives me mph, compass direction, & time. I cannot figure out how to change the time for daylight savings but I'll figure it out. The speed is legitimately perfect. Impressively so. The compass works great. So many features, so easy to use, and I am so impressed.

Works Great!
If you understand its limitations then it’s a 5 star product! I’ve purchased two of these and both have worked great. I have one in a Subaru Sambar and one in a Toyota Tacoma. The Sambar Kei truck is from Japan and is a right hand drive with a KPH speedometer so this is perfect for it. If left out in the heat, you will have problems like most electronics left out in extreme heat, but the temperature range of operation is stated on the package or on the instructions. It also takes a minute for it to acquire GPS signals but not too long, which is normal for any device using GPS. I once had the device seem to lock up, but I am thinking it was because of poor GPS signal so once I rebooted the device, it worked fine. Definitely a good buy would buy again, even with a few little quirks and the instructions being a little bit different however you can find videos on YouTube on how to program just about anything including these.

Is It Speed… or Just a Suggestion?
I bought the AZIJYV Windshield GPS Speedometer because I wanted to feel like a fighter pilot while driving my 2012 Honda Civic. Who doesn’t want their speed projected onto the windshield like they're about to jump to hyperspace on the way to Target? Out of the box, it looked sleek. It had that futuristic glow. I felt cooler just plugging it in. “This,” I thought, “is going to change the game.” And it did… if the game was called Guess That Speed! Let me be clear: this thing does display numbers. They just may or may not be the speed you’re actually going. Sometimes it's bang on—100% accurate, GPS-laser-guided precision. Other times, it’s off by 5, 10, or... what I can only describe as "vibes." One time I was parked and it proudly declared I was doing 8 mph. Maybe emotionally, yes. But physically? Not so much. It’s like this speedometer went to a motivational seminar and came out with the attitude: “Accuracy is overrated. Believe in yourself!” Want to know if you’re speeding? Maybe it’ll tell you! Maybe it won’t! It keeps things spicy. Think of it less like a tool and more like a roulette wheel with numbers that occasionally match your car’s speed. But hey, when it does work, it looks super cool. That glowing number floating on the windshield really sells the illusion that I know what I’m doing with my life. It’s a shame it sometimes thinks I’m doing 52 on a residential street... when I’m sitting at a red light. Two stars for the aesthetic and the random moments of functionality. Great if you like to live on the edge, question reality, and enjoy guessing games while driving.

Punches FAR above it’s weight!
This thing punches far above its weight for the money. I bought it because I was curious about installing an HUD in my FJ, but didn’t want to spend a pile of money. And if that’s what you’re looking to do, then this is the unit for you. This thing works incredibly well, and far exceeds my expectations. It does exactly 100% what is described, and it does it well, much better than the $35 price tag would have you believe. The HUD image can be clearly seen when driving into direct sunlight, it does not wash out. The speed can be adjusted to exactly match your speedometer, I set mine to “100” from the factory setting of “107” and it’s dead-nuts accurate. The over speed alarm triggers on at whatever setting you set it to and it works as advertised. Like I said, my unit works 100% as advertised, now I can’t speak on longevity as I just finished installing it, but I can say that I don’t really want to live without it after using it.
