When I turned this tablet on it doesn't ask you for the premission for Google play store witch makes this difficult to download the games you want (subway surfers) so in other words playstore doesn't work unless you know how to install what you need first I'm still trying to work out how to fix this but the tablet does comes with a few kids games already installed the general quality of the tablet is good and fast delivery overall I'm not completely satisfied with this product

Not worth a penny went wrong returned at my expense. Went wrong again. Would not refund even though unit not fit for purpose. Would replace at my expense yet again. May not cost a lot of money but not worth anything if it does not work

(((( ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I WAS MADE TO DO IT)))) Well my niece loved me Christmas day when I gave her this she was really pleased..... That was until she fully charged it went to use it and the battery died after 13 minutes of it being charged!!!! She made do with this as she loved her new tablet and continued to use it despite needing to be near a plug socket constantly.... Now 1 month on the damn thing refuses to charge at all and is completely broken and my little niece is heart broken..... I learnt the hard way don't bother wasting ur money!

Fab item my son is very happy with this gift the fact it has the learning games too is a huge bonus helping little ones learn !

Absalout waste of money 6 purchased and unopened for Christmas within 2 weeks all has stopped working charging or screen gone dodgy , unfortunately only 6 months return and they where aside for Christmas so it's expired !!!Not recommend they are useless

awful product. not expecting much for the money but had it on for an hour from fully charged and the battery died. wouldnt charge up or turn on after it died. when it was on the touchscreen wasnt very responsive and it kept freezing and going back to the homescreen. an gour after using ut and it's back in the box ready to go back. only gave it a 1 star as i cant select no stars

the tablet seems ok but keeps crashing and the screen goes fuzzy..plus the charging time is ridiculous..its taking over 5 hours to charge and with 2 kids using it together its battery doesnt even last 1 hour... i am not happy with this item...weather its faulty or thats just how it is i would really like some amswers or i send it back for replacement or money back

The only problem I had was my granddaughter dropped it and the screen shattered straight away, it had it's rubber coat on but still the screen shattered.Other wise it's perfect for kids my granddaughter is only 3. Now I'm to buy her a new 1.
