I am a return customer. I really love this ice packs. it makes so good for cooling down. Normally, I use it to stay cold around 30 minutes. I think this is enough, longer time may cause uncomfortable. This product is wonderful. Velcro works very well. And the straps are soft, never trigger any skin uncomfortable or itchy issue. What I can say is it is a high quality product. Highly Recommended!

Absolutely gross! I purchased this item to replace the one I borrowed from my sister post opt for knee replacement. I didn't open the box or remove the clear biscuit seal, simply handed it to my sister. She took it out of the package and promptly sent me a photo of the mold. This item came out of a factory sealed package. I should have know quality would be an issue, the reason I bought a replacement was the elastic on the one I borrowed started to fray to the point that I could not in good conscience give back to my sister. Yet another crap product!

Had knee surgery and needed to cover a large scar area so it worked for the knee too. I'm sure it is great for backs as well. Recommended.

It looks like it was used. The strap is very stained ? I took a picture also
