If you plan on using this system for new furniture you are creating, be sure to get the correct drills instead of eyeballing it. if you need to replace a current cam fitting, these will fit perfectly. These are super sturdy fasteners, and it makes it easy to assemble and dissemble, and reassemble furniture without having to have a vast toolset. I also like how secure the connections are once made. This is about as close to a Dove & Tail type of connection as you will get without having to shoulder the expense or the skill to learn how to do it.

The idea is that it's reversible so items can be disassembled when you decide to move out of your mom's basement 40 years from now (I joke ..). Initial inspection shows they're decent quality, no red flags to be had, and the assortment is good enough. Price wise, it seems comparable to others, and will definitely beat what the orange or blue big-box stores are trying to pry out of your wallets for a couple of these things.And no, I do not know if they're compatible with Ikea furniture, I haven't needed to disassemble as I don't ever intend to leave my mom's basement .. there's hot pop tarts and video games.END NOTE:--------------------------------And with all the reviews I do, if there's ever a problem with this product, I will edit (if able) to update this review.
