This adaptor is easy to hold, easy to get a grip of and it has a solid, quality feel to it. I love that it comes with not one but two added USB ports so that you can charge even more devices simultaneously, and it has an indicator light to show you that it's working. It's also nice and lightweight which is what you want when you're travelling. I think the price of £13 sounds fair when you think about the quality and the two USB slots. I am planning on using this plug on my trip to Germany next month so I cannot test how well it actually works but it looks fine to me so far, which is why I haven't given it 4 stars as I cannot honestly say how well it works. In terms of packaging, I think the plastic bag insert was unnecessary.
