I ordered this because it looked like a real neon/LED sign when in fact it really is not. It is white and cheap looking. If I had not destroyed the box I would have sent it back

The media could not be loaded. This feels like a pretty solid product, I was a little dissapointed that it lights up white as from the images I thought it would be more of a yellow/orange. This product also must plug into a USB slot in a computer or charging brick, not a huge deal but important to know. Also note I did not take the white protective film off the clear placard yet in my photos.It's built well, the LEDs inside are organized and wired appropriately, and the light looks really cool when it's on. I'm excited to put it up in my "war room" when my wife and I purchase a home. They also provide a sizeable length chain as well which is nice.My only real concern is the angle that the power wire comes out, it looks like it will be problematic in the future and will lead to an electric power failure quickly, shortening the useful life of the product.I do like this though, but my feedback would be to fix the power chord exit/entry angle.
