Ok timer.
I got this timer to use specifically to time projects/tasks I don't want to do. I have ADHD and I will put off anything that I find boring or uninteresting. This timer allows me to almost make a game out of the stuff I don't want to do. Can I get it done before the timer goes off? I know, I'm like a pre-schooler that way, but it beats procrastinating until the very last minute or not doing the task at hand at all. I'm all about anything that helps me manage my ADHD symptoms. And this timer does.It took me a little while to figure out how to work it and I find the beeps a bit shrill, but I hear when the time is up. I like it because it's small, it's portable, I don't have to press a button 30 times to set the timer for 30 minutes, and if I look over and see the light blinking fast, I know I'm almost done. Is it the world's greatest timer? No. But it does the job, is kinda fun, and easy to use. I wish I had this when my kids were little, they would have loved to use this when it was time to clean up or do math speed drills. All that being said, I'm not sure how accurate it is, I wouldn't use it for baking, but it is perfect for what I got it for.

Time Management
The media could not be loaded. I've been using the Pomodoro Method to improve my productivity for years, and my Meqtpomy Timer Flip Cube is one of the best and most fun systems I've used for that purpose. The timer comes ready to use - I installed fresh batteries, selected my work time, pressed the power button and set down the timer, and it quietly blinked off the seconds until the time I'd set had passed. When it began beeping I simply tipped it onto its end and the beeping stopped; I could then just set it down again to restart the time, or reset it by turning the blocks to show some other time period. I'm delighted with this timer and use it constantly.

Not a Great Fit For Me, Will Work Well For Some
I really wanted to love this timer. I use timers a lot and I find them very helpful. Traditionally I have used my phone or another multifunctional clock/timer. I'm trying to be less aware of my phone/leave it in one place and the clock/timer is tedious to change (so I end up leaving it set and just use it for work). This timer seemed to address those issues, simple yet options. That being said, while it's a cool idea, the execution could have been better. First of all the numbers are printed in gray, not black, as pictured. That's not a huge deal or anything but it makes it look sort of worn out/faded from what you are expecting which isn't the best impression. Secondly, the directions are not particularly helpful. The concept is not difficult, so once you figure out what's going on, it's fine but it comes with a little sheet of directions that is not clear and doesn't agree with the description online in some ways (3 sound levels vs 4, charging). Speaking of charging/ batteries if you can't get this to work, flip the batteries. (To me, the picture reads like you would put them in the opposite way.) Also, there is a little door that looks like a charging port but there is no port, just a port-sized cutout in the plastic and a little motherboard that says usb. The directions say "two power supply methods. Battery Version 2 AAA batteries, Charging Version: Type-C built in lithium battery". So I guess there are different versions and not 2 different charging options for each timer, as it originally seemed. To be fair I understand new versions come out and it seems some of this has been addressed in the listing so hopefully others won't run into this confusion but for me it was frustrating. As for how the timer actually works, it takes up quite a small footprint which is nice. It is easy to use once you know how (turn it on while it is standing up, choose time, lay it down). There is a very small red light that blinks steadily once it is set and it begins to blinks rapidly for the last minute before it beeps when time is up. To be honest, I am not a fan of the beep and I wish that you could turn it off completely. I do really appreciate that you can make it quieter and at the lowest volume it's ok. It does default to the volume you used last which is great (I don't have to turn it down every time). Personally, I'd like to see this timer with a mute or no sound option. I also think a blue or green light that turned on with the alarm but only started blinking in the last minute before the alarm would be better (than the constantly blinking red light that speeds up). I'm sure some people wouldn't care about the light and expect a timer to make a loud beeping sound. TL;Dr: This timer might work well for those who are looking for a simple timer with a small footprint. It appears this timer is sold with two different charging versions and if the battery version doesn't work for you, try flipping the batteries. There are four volume levels. Also worth noting: The seller was quick to help when I had an issue, which I appreciated!

Clicking noise
The media could not be loaded. Obnoxious clicking sound, and couldn’t get it to work consistently.Liked the ability to change the time easily and the size was perfect
