Great solid pan
Love this pan! Be sure to preheat it and test with cold water droplets prior to cooking. When the water rolls around like marbles it's ready to cook.

Excellent quality skillet pan for price
I have two of these in different sizes and they are exceptional especially for my induction burner. They are not standard sizes, so lids can be a little bit challenging to find. I bought a glass lid that fits several sizes at a local store for the smaller skillet.Cleaning: Barkeeper's Friend keeps them smooth inside for less sticking.Cooking eggs: use butter and a medium 4.5 temperature.

I like my pan.
I really like my pan and that it has depth. A bit of weight but durable for now. Fair priced I would say. Heats up quickly on my gas stove and cooks items well. I would buy again.

I have not made a perfect fried egg in this pan yet.
I've been using this pan daily for 3+ months now on my induction plate. I have yet to make a perfect fried egg in it. Everything sticks. Drop an egg or two in hot butter and it stays loose and free with a little help from the spatula. Once the eggs are easy over flipped they are guaranteed to stick and break. Even scrambled stick once they are moved around a bit. Other than that it's a nice pan, it heats up evenly judging by how the butter sizzles when warming up. I've had better SS pans than this just not egg pans.

Wow - only use this now
I love this pan - and never owned a stainless steel pan before! I have watched a lot of YouTube recipe makers who highly recommend stainless steel pans, so I thought I'd buy one during Amazon Prime Day's with a discount. I'm thrilled with this pan. Very sturdy and not to heavy like cast iron is. Highly recommend.

Great pan!
This pan has exceeded my expectations! I seasoned it first with avocado oil and heated it up until barely smoking point, then let it cool. Proceeded to fry eggs with butter in pan and it worked better than non stick! Clean up was literally just using a paper towel. I will purchase the larger size as well. Wish this brand had more pots and pans option. Very flat on the bottom and cooked evenly, just remember to be patient and cook on the lower side of medium heat.
