Came a bit dull, but sharpened them with 5 minutes of effort and they honed right up. Good sharpness retention and hand feel. Quality adequate.

I like them, they are sharp but
They are longer blades than for fruit than I'd like. They could be a full inch shorter for better control and it's disappointing how lightweight they are. Not great quality. Positives they are sharp and they were cheap

Just too sharp
They're good, but just too sharp. Paring knives are not supposed to be this sharp. Meant for things like husking a corn or getting the pulp out of a lime where sharp is exactly not what you want.
