Can’t really recommend
I want so badly to like these. Started keto and wanted to find a snack but these are not something I would purchase again. Texture is great, taste is not. They’re really heavy on the seeds so that may be what I’m just not keen on

Wildly varying quality of flavours
The cutesy product name and company mission raise a few red flags, but regardless - these are some not insignificantly priced 'pure' snacking crackers. How you feel about the lifestyle aside, let's cover the six included flavours:Banana Cacao - Good. These have a nice sweet flavour from the banana complemented by the more bitter cacao. Taste a bit like crunchy banana bread without the spices.Banana Spirulina - Also good, though these taste kind of like a crunchy version of any of the refrigerated green smoothies available in grocery stores. Bit of a funk on the aftertaste.Sweet Potato - They're...okay. Hint of sweet, not much else going on.Sweet Potato Cheeze - Less okay. The sweetness of the potato is cut with the unpleasant funk of nutritional yeast.Flaxseed (Salted) - They taste of nothing, and I guess as a result of most of the cracker being made from whole flaxseed it loses the crunch of the banana and sweet potato varieties.Flaxseed (Everything) - Awful. The first bite, admittedly, wasn't bad, but the aftertaste of these is wave after wave of horrifically bitter garlic.Working out to $7 a (66 gram) bag in this sample collection, they are not cheap. And only two of the flavours were something I wanted to go back to after eating one cracker.

Healthy snacks
This variety pack comes with 6 flavours of snack crackers. 2 sweet potato based, 2 flax based, and 2 banana based. Good points: they're organic, non-gmo, wholesome ingredients, Canadian made. They are small square crackers, very crisp, hold up well when dipping (no breakage). They are suitable for diets requiring paleo, gluten free or vegan. The Sweet Pototo Flavours : original and cheezy. Both are okay but my least favourite of the six. The cheezy one doesn't really taste all that cheezy as they are relying on nutritional yeast to provide the cheeziness. However, the buckwheat and sweet potato overpower the cheese flavour so it's just a hint. They also have coconut which is the flavour that stands out the strongest in both flavours. The Flax Flavours: pink sea salt and everything. Both are very good. The pink sea salt is only very mildly salted. The everything is reminiscent of everything bagels with the hint of onion and garlic. Both of these are also Keto friendly. The Banana Flavours: cacao and spirulina. The banana flavour stands out the most in both flavours. The cacoa having slight cocoa flavour while the spirulina really just tastes mostly like banana though the dark green colour might be unappetizing for some. I personally didn't mind.Overall, all 3 household members (adults) felt these tasted good and had a nice mouth feel. Word of caution if you suffer from diverticulitis, they have a lot of small seeds like sesame, sunflower, and flax.Price point is a bit pricey as the packets are each only 2 or 3 servings and the packets are 66g each. At the current listed price that works out to about $7 per packet, that might seem a bit rich for some. However, if you are on a specialized diet you might be willing to spend it since finding keto, paleo and vegan snacks that are also organic and wholesome can be a challenge. Add to this the fact that these are hand made vs factory produced, you have to agree that makes them worth a little more. If you are having a dinner party or other gathering where you may have guests with such specialized needs, these might be worth a go to offer them some snacks with a bit of variety. I personally like them just plain but some flavours would lend themselves well to go with hummus or other dips.
