not really non stick
I used it for a week, and it started to stick already. I thought it could do better with this price...

non stick stainless steel wok
The size is listed as 12.5 in which is the outer diameter. The inside is 12 in. I conditioned the wok with avocado oil on the stove by spreading over the surface and heating to above 200F. Very good nonstick. Wash with sponge without soap similar to my normal steel wok that has no nonstick coating.

A very sturdy and well made wok. The 316L stainless steel makes this feels hard/heavy weighted. The wok looks a lot smaller than the dimensions. You have to assemble the handle and the lid. Took about 3 minutes.

Quality wok
The size is perfect for cooking for 1-3 people. Weight is just about right for me personally, and the wok quality appears very good. The connection for the handle to the wok is well designed and made. I expect this wok will last very long time.I first washed it with hot water and dish-wash liquid. After having it dried, I put in 2 spoons of canola oil and wiped it good in and out before baked it in oven at 450F for about half an hour. Turned off the oven and kept the wok inside for another 30 minutes before taking it out and let it cool down. Final step was putting in another 2 spoons of canola oil with sliced onion and green onion and cooked it till the contents all became black. Threw away the cooked items and washed the wok with hot water only . Wok was ready for use.Don't expect the wok to be absolutely non-stick and no other woks will be for home cooking purpose without using tons of oil. I do hope over time it will improve. For now, after each cooking I wash it with hot water only before wiping the inside with a piece of pork fat.UPDATE after 8 months:I absolutely love this wok and enjoy cooking with it everyday. It's nonstick and easy to clean. It's versatile for cooking everything for my needs. I have a Lodge iron wok which is also excellent, but Povos is much lighter for handling and also does not spit out as much oil given its depth. This is a keeper for life.
