I hear reviews of ppl treating this kit like a toy or an experiment but as a licensed massage therapist myself know that if not used correctly or carelessly it could be harmful. As far as my review I have not got to try them yet, but the quality of the kit seems really nice. Just wish since these are being sold to ppl who could potentially not be a trained professional to use these … that the instructions were a lot better bc even the instructions confused me a little and I’m trained in cupping. So better information and instructions.will leave more of a review once I use them

This was beyond my expectations of quality. The packaging was well done. I love that it came with a pamphlet with some massage diagrams for different ailments. I dislike that the Gua tools are plastic but that was a plus. The product itself was great, using it on small areas is hard like heels it slowly releases the suction on its own.

This set absolutely works for basic cupping, and it wasn't a bad purchase for a beginner. I think it has helped with my muscle pain, especially back before it broke and I stopped using it as much.Another issue is the hose attachment that lets you pump harder-to-reach spots. Good idea in principle and usually works, but then you still have to reach the cup to remove the hose, which is often only marginally easier than just reaching the spot with the pump in the first place. Since by definition these are spots that are hard or awkward to reach, it's also sometimes tricky to remove the hose without accidentally breaking the suction between the cup and my skin. I imagine that's more an issue with the technology generally, not specific to this brand.

This is a great set if you are new to cupping. The box/kit is sturdy and great for transporting. The instructions are thorough which is nice and you can understand the difference in pressure. Took me awhile to figure how to effectively use the cups. I wish the hose was a bit longer for self use on the back. I have to have my bf help me on my back.

I have a terrible time getting these cups to maintain suction. Poorly made. I did appreciate the compact carrying case.
