Product itself is great. Nice heat great flavor. The problem is with the packaging when shipping. Came wrapped in bubble wrap & in a bubble wrapped envelopes one bottle was broken. Not good enough people. Need more protection when shipping glass products.

I love this sauce. It adds a kick to everything you add it to. I am very grateful that I was able to order this versus traveling to the northeast to get it.
