The prong is half inch diameter cold rolled steel. It will take the weight of nearly any saw. These hangers are TIG welded and powder coated to last many lifetimes. Excellent construction/extremely functional

strong and not cheap worth the money.
Strong hanger, just what I was looking for. Not something cheap. I ordered 4 all together only 2 came in. I got in touch with the seller and they responded that same day. He said there was a mistake that they would ship the other 2 the next day. I received the other 2 in two days. I would recommend

Good Quality and works
Pricey but does what it is meant to do. I have 2x6" open joists in my garage so mounts easily parallel to the wall with the saw partially protected and out of the way between the joists
