iMBAPrice 1' Cat5e Network Ethernet Patch Cable, 10 Pack, White (IMBA-CAT5-01WT-10PK)

I'm using these under my desk to go from some cat5 keystones to an ethernet switch and everything always works and I've never had a problem from these cables.

I relocated my router in my office up towards the ceiling because where it was was surrounded by a tv or monitors. They were long enough

I have no complaints about the cable themselves, all were correctly wired, passed tests, met speed specifications, and at the expected lengths, and are now serving their intended purpose of pairing devices together.My one complaint - the snagless hoods are terrible. Okay, you won't have to worry about snags - the hoods do cover the clip, but they're1) made of hard plastic and definitely not pliable, so one has to work your fingernail or flathead screw driver between the small gap between the hood and the plug to actually disconnect the cable2) the "hood" is part of the plug! so there's no way to back off the hood to get to the clip or to actually connect the plug into recessed ports. AND since my patch panel's ports are recessed, I had to pull out my utility knife to shave off the hood.I did get them to work with a little modification to one end of the cables and the ports on my switch were flush, so the plastic turtle shell of a hood didn't impede connection, so all is well. Would I get these again... NO. I prefer to not have to take a razor blade to a cable to get it to work.

Nice Quality, a Bit pricey, Met the Need and built well, Nice Options available for Color coding Networking Gear, The IMBAPrice units tend to be reliable in all lengths and colors.

Keeps my switch setup (at least on the front side) nice and organized. No tangled cables. Only complaint, these are wrapped individually and there is a lot of wasted plastic.

These are nice to have except they are difficult to remove, had to wiggle it left and to remove them

Quality is ok, performance and speed is also ok at gigabit speeds. The reason I did not give a full score is that not all cables are the same length exactly. If the visual aspect of your homeland is important, steer away from this one. Otherwise, I can recommend

Now the product it’s self works great! No complaints with it at all.however! Why does this product need to come with so much packaging? It’s one plastic bag per wire, and all 10 wires are inside of a plastic bag! Imagine when people order 50 - 60 wires!May I suggest them all Be in one ziplock bag - I’ve seen that from a few different companies now.I love the product but I had to knock a star because my work bench had a huge stack of plastic bags after I was done lol
