Cottvott Flowers Surgical Steel Earrings Studs for Womens Gold Black

I haven't taken these out of my ears since I bought them. Post earrings always poked me and we're very uncomfortable to sleep with, but these are comfortable and gorgeous. They never fall out or irritate my ears.

I'm 64 years old and I bought these earrings for my birthday because I was tired of losing earrings down the drain when I showered. I wanted to keep a post in my ears to keep the piercings open.Now I can with ease as I'll never lose these earrings thanks to their screw in backs. I love the rose style of the gold earrings and they fit perfectly in my ears. I cannot be more pleased!The quality is excellent, the fit is great. I can sleep and shower with them on with ease and comfort and without concern about the back catching, stabbing the back of my neck, or the backs coming off, falling out, and getting lost.I'm right handed so the right back was easy enough to get on. It took a bit of practice for me to get the one on the left on as my fingers are too large to hold the round ball backing steady enough to get the back screwed on. I had to sleep my 1st night with a temporary fix of a gel back on it and had I not been able to manage getting the ball back screwed in the next morning I'd have been fine with having that on. All's well that ends well.

Got these cute earrings so I could sleep with them comfortably as I have new holes and can't take my earrings out at night. These definitely do the trick they look really nice and are comfortable and I can sleep with them just fine. The only problem is they are heavy for studs and the front sometimes sags down in the front of my ear. My guess is the round back was designed to balance them out. The round back is comfortable to sleep in but the round ball makes it really hard to put these on quickly. I wish the back ball on these had a flatter side somewhere so I could orient it easier when it's behind my ear. Having it smaller might also be good. Be prepared to spend a little time putting these on.Some people noted the post is too long. IMO the post is a little longer looks wise that preferred but because of the screw on back you need more length to work with to get the backs on. Any shorter would've made it nearly impossible.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase especially for the price. These do feel like hearty metal for sure and I have gotten some compliments on them.

So far these are awesome. I've been wearing the black ones for several days now and I've had no itching or redness, which I normally have trouble with, even with sterling silver. I've had my ears pierced since I was 5 but I've probably gone without earrings more frequently than with just because regular earrings bother me since the backs are always open so they poke you if you're using a phone or trying to sleep with them in. I love that these are shorter posts and have the ball on the back. They are comfortable even when I'm wearing over-ear headphones or my phone headset at work.Size-wise, I think they're perfect, but I say that with the caveat that I have tiny ears (like child-sized, honestly). I actually struggle with finding earrings that aren't too big, so I could imagine some people might think these are too small. In terms of gauge, they are 18g which is thicker than the "normal" earlobe piercing size. They slid right in for me with no problem, but my piercings may have stretched out a bit naturally just from having had them so long. Also, the balls on the backs are pretty small. I didn't have too much trouble screwing them on, but it would be harder for some people and I did drop them at least once, so put them on somewhere you're not going to lose the backs if you drop them. They do stay on really securely though.One last thing, I am kind of worried about the black and whether it could eventually rub off, especially since I plan on just leaving them in when I'm in the shower or whatever. Will update if that's an issue. Also the black is definitely hard to tell it's a flower from any sort of distance (not really a surprise). Doesn't bother me because I still like the look.

I ordered these for my second lobe piercings, but didn’t realize 18g would be too big to fit my old 20g holes despite everything I’d read saying a step up would be fine. I’ve tried every way I can think of to try to get them to fit, but they just won’t go through. Luckily I have multiple cartilage piercings they fit so I’ll keep them for that, but I’m bummed they won’t work for what I wanted them for. I have thicker lobes than most, so their heavier and longer style would’ve been perfect for mine- keep that in mind if you have thin lobes, they might be too heavy or long for you.

Don't leave reviews often but really happy with these, have had the black pair in almost continuously for the last 9 months and they still look like new. I have really sensitive ears and as I'd hoped I've had no issues with these, yay! The screw backs are a little tricky but manageable. The only maybe downside is the posts are a little long, sometimes they sort of flop forward. The length might be good if you have thick ears I guess, it probably makes them easier to screw the backs onto which is good, honestly its a very minor gripe. Been in love with these since I got them, cute as heck, good for long term wear, highly recommend!

The earrings themselves are cute, but I could not get them on because the backs are teeny tiny round balls that have to be screwed on. Once you find the whole, and some of the holes aren’t drilled big enough. I tried using some other generic bags that I had on hand and it didn’t fit because I guess these are not actually just regular earrings. There are some kind of special Piercing jewelry that popped up when I searched for earrings. And the posts are bigger than regular earrings so the backs that I had don’t fit.

I thought the flowers looked more like pine cones. Never had this type of earring before but wanted the screw in back so I can quit loosing so many. I DO LIKE these earrings regardless.
