Crumbling candles? Oh boy!
The one feature of this product that was left off of the product description was the charming was that they crumble like a month-old piece of birthday cake.Perhaps the ones I received were from a defective batch . . . Really, the slightest pressure on a bottom or top edge causes the wax to crumble into tiny crumbs.Otherwise, they're as described. I just need them for utilitarian use, but if I wanted something to grace an elegant dinner table a different product (one that doesn't shed crumbs at a slight touch) or have crumbly edges that look like there's wax-hungry mice hiding, awaiting another opportunity for a nibble.

Not Red All the Way Through
These are nice candles, burn slowly and without a mess. But they are not red all the way through: They're white candles that have been dipped in red wax. Doesn't make a difference for decoration, but because of their large diameter, when burning there's a pool of melted white wax around the flame. When the fire's out and the wax is solid, it's white, which ruins the "redness" of the candle. So, if you want a decorative candle that you'll never light, these are fine. If you want to burn them and a white center spot doesn't bother you, they're fine, too. But if you wife wanted a red candle that stays red while it burns down, and you ordered these for her, as I did, the white center makes a big difference. You might not hear the end of it until next Christmas, as I'm sure I won't.

Do not buy. These were cheap & unscented.
First of all — these “vanilla” candles are “vanilla unscented”. 🤔 I wouldn’t have bought them if I thought vanilla candles would be unscented. 🙄 Secondly, they are CHEAP candles, color faded, inconsistent, and colored “vanilla”. Basically an ugly off shade trying to be vanilla and tragically yellow/cream colored. And lastly, they are so cheap they literally came chipped around the base and wick. I will never buy these again.

Poorest quality candle we have ever seen. They just crumble.
I ordered these candles and thought they just were damaged in shipping. I returned them and ordered a replacement. I really can't believe that anyone would find this product acceptable. Besides crumbling, parts of them are bubbled up. EVERY SINGLE CANDLE in the box and in the replacement box were crumbling and bubbly.

2 arrived damaged, huge mess
2 of the six candles arrived damaged and had to be thrown out. I don't mean scratched or slightly melted, these things were broken into multiple pieces with flakes in the boxes. It was like someone had poured a half cup of sand into the box of candles, which then leaked into the Amazon box and the floor it was on.On the plus side, I lit one for about 30 minutes and it barely impacted the candle. I did notice quite a bit of smoke when I blew it out, but that was a one-time impression.

They drip and burn like mad
We love candles but usually the wax bores a hole in the middle and burns for days sometimes weeks on end. These candles just burn and bleed wax like crazy and quickly. 2 days and we’re half way down. If that’s what you’re looking for great. But if you’re looking for long lasting burning candles these are not it. I mean they really look wicked cool when they burn very Transylvania style but they melt very quickly. This is after 2 uses. Smell nice though but even then subtle smell. We love when the smell fills the house. These don’t do that.

Great candles
I find good quality pillar candles are difficult to find. These are perfect in my outdoor lantern on the lanai. They burn evenly, no drooping of wax or other disturbing issues. Good value for the money

Might w
Ridiculous price for candles that are nothing special have practically no smell at all have a decent burn time but you can get a pack of 36 to 24 for the same price and the smell is so miniscule or non-existent that why pay triple for vanilla when you can't even smell it
