My mum loves these, you can have either hot or cold in them and having a handle on each side gives my mum confidence holding it

The lid screws on and seems tight but there is minimal thread to screw the lid onto, you need to make sure you don't cross thread before tightening. Holds a good amount of liquid though and easy to drink through lid.

This would of been all 5 stars but big issue for me is I found is the text on the lid which tells you which way to open/close wears off pretty easily

If it's a good mug if you've got the shakes if your elderly or you all you've got bad shakes it's very good. Stop some getting burnt by hot drinks.

I bought two of these for a relative and despite ensuring that the tops are fitted correctly they both began leaking after a few months use. No amount of tightening stops the drips - particularly when the contents are hot.They also have quite sharp edges which means that when cleaning them it is easy to scratch oneself.Disappointing for the price paid.UPDATE: I've given up on these as they leak quite considerably no matter how the top is tightened. They've been replaced with the clear ones that have blue lids which are leak free.

Very hard to undo especially if you have arthritis in both hands

A great cup - my Nan has been using easily and safely. The screw on lid seems a much better alternative than the other options we’ve tried with push on lids that have lost their fit over time. Have bought extras
