Not for a muscle man !
Bought this for my husbands tennis elbow. Was disappointed to find that it was way too small and in trying to get it to stay on, we had to virtually cut off husbands blood supply! So if your arm is anything over plain skinny......... You will not be able to wear it.Also the design is bulky and if he could have got it on......... Would not have felt comfortable under clothes.Sorry ...... But of no use whatsoever.

Doesn’t stay on unless quite tight
Had it on for 2 hours had to fasten it quite tightly to get it to stay on. But after an hour my arm getting sore and hot I took it off and my skin Was all red an veryIrritated Tried to return but it said not returnable so it will be going in the bin. Waste of £5

Used for elbow support but found it very uncomforable and pretty restricting so not used
