This item was very easy to use. Its durable and made well. It has been a great help in releasing tension in the muscles.

For those with less weight, you need to be careful as this product is very sturdy. I would advise to go in gently then once you're used to it, use it as normal. I always hear pops and cracks while it sorts out my back and it's a great hip tilter, which brings great relief. I recommend this product if you suffer from moderate back pain.
