My Eshopps overflow came with a cracked bulkhead years ago with a slow leak that eventually built enough mineral deposits to seal itself until recently. The hose need to be replace after years due to it deteriorating and once I touch it it leaked like crazy. Knowing I now had to replace it at first I was sticker shocked by how much bulkheads were selling for so much so that I almost talked myself out of buying these for the price thinking it was too good to be true. Well I am so glad I did my leak problems are solved.

I used these to replaced a bulkhead on my Eclipse S.I had 3 that were snug and one that was not very snug.Even though one was not very snug I’m sure after some PVC primer and glue they would fuse together just fine and become a solid unit however I used the most snug one I had as a safety because I don’t need this thing leaking.They all fit 1 inch PVC Pipe the other reviews had me unsure if I would be please with these.

Received 4 Bulkheads with 2 gaskets on each, just as stated. I would imagine the tolerances are better on the more expensive ones (these are the first ones I've ever used). These glue just fine, but the tolerances were off on 2 of the 4, and also on the inside. The slip fittings on the inside of the return bulkheads will blow off. So I'm going to glue threaded bushings in them and reduce them down to 3/4 inch. Problem solved.

I loved that these came with the double seals. can't beat the value for the money.

Fits exactly how you want it. I bought this for my 200g aquarium. Hand tighten then a 1/2 turn with wrench with 1 rubber seal gasket on the wet side and no leak whatsoever.

Used these for my 120 Reef, exactly as pictured, snug fit for 1inch pipe which is the size I ordered. Made plumbing an absolute breeze.

I would say it is pretty good despite all negative comments
