I purchased the JIAHOO Air Conditioner Fan Cover with the intention of prolonging the life of my HVAC system, and while it has its merits, it also has a few limitations. Here's my experience with this product:Firstly, the cover is designed to be versatile and usable throughout all four seasons. The ability to raise the fan cover adds to its flexibility, allowing you to adapt it to different weather conditions. This is a valuable feature for those looking to protect their HVAC systems year-round.However, my experience with this cover was somewhat mixed. The challenge arose from the fact that my mini-split system had vents that were slightly different from the vent flaps on the cover. As a result, I could only use it as a protector but couldn't operate the HVAC system even when the flap cover was open. This limitation significantly affected the practicality of the product for my specific setup.On the positive side, the cover is made of quality waterproof material, which is essential for protecting your HVAC system from the elements. The velcro closures around the door and vent flaps enhance its ability to stay securely in place, which is crucial for its effectiveness.In summary, the JIAHOO Air Conditioner Fan Cover has its merits, particularly in terms of its waterproof material and versatile design for all seasons. It covers the ac like it should. It was easy to put on the ac and take it off . It provided protection for my ac. I have only used it for a short time but seems to be a good deal

Kept hoping to find a mini split cover and found this one. It works well. Says you can use it all 4 seasons with doors raised. We'll see. Quality waterproof material with velcro closures around door and vent flaps. This will keep dog fur and debris out of the fins.

We are in the Central Valley of California. It's hot in the summer, and due to the age of the house, we do not have central air conditioning. I was looking for a way to protect our window air conditioning units during the winter, and this seemed like a good idea. I think this would be more in keeping with an HVAC system or something like that, but it simply won't work for me.

I accidentally ordered a larger size than I needed but this product is legit. Straps to secure, Velcro mesh openings and looks to be designed to cover while AC is operating.If you have insects, like I do, that love to crawl through the outdoor openings and into the house, this could be secured to prevent that and of course for a standing outside AC, this will protect nicely from the elements while not in use.

Its not exactly a the size of my unit, however it a good quality cover for protection. I will have to remove it for use by that not a big deal for me and my application. There are straps and clips to allow you to snug it up but again, for my unit I need the extra slack. My unit is installed on my trawler and this looks good and will provide protection in the diverse climates I find myself in, Great product and a good value.
