This product had thick, gray, slimy material similar to mucus at the bottom of the bottle. The color of the bottle hid it until it was picked up by the dropper. I will not buy this again.

First, I want to clarify that I am surprised to find the Serum here on Amazon -- I had ordered via the website, which promoted a trial order for around $10. The sample products arrived in a timely manner, and they were not small, sample-sized, so there was enough product to assess its effectiveness. The trial shipment was soon followed by another shipment at the real price, which gave me a mild sticker shock. I would order Vitrixa Select Ageless Serum and the Advanced Peptide Cream again, if not for the unnecessary hassle dealing with this company. Ultimately, I settled for 50% return of my payment for the 2nd order (shipped back to them in April), which they did not acknowledge or refund until I pressed, today - - mid August! The serum comes in a dropper bottle. There is little to no fragrance. Only a tiny bit is needed -- about the size of a smallish pea -- to cover face, followed by the "Advanced Peptide Cream". Again, a small amount. The products dry without leaving your face shiny/sticky/oily/perfume-y. Applied at night, the products actually do work for me! I regret sending the 2nd shipment back to them (especially since it was a hassle, but the service rep was polite and professional). I should have kept the 2nd shipment and cancelled the membership or tried to time the auto-shipments much farther apart. If I could buy the real Vitrixa products through Amazon, I would, in a heartbeat.

I wish I had photographed what just came out of my bottle. It had been sitting a while among other serums, and I decided to use it again until it’s gone. The dropper picked up a black blob. I was so grossed out. I tipped the bottle into the sink and a huge black blob slid out into the sink. It was as big around as the drain stopper. So GROSS!! And to think I once put that chit on my face. Never ever again with this gross product or anything else they sell.

The strum itself was just ok.. It didnt work as well as every one made it out to be. I thought i was going to be blow away with the way people made it out to be. It did not help any of my fine lines on my fore head at all. It helped my eyes a little bit but not like other products have. My porse looked a tiny bit smaller but that's about it.Wish it worked better. For the price it should make u look 18 again.Not only does this company rip u off. They get u by saying ita a sample. Pay for shipping. Then a week later 100 some thing dollars comes up missing out ur bank account. Said I had to cancel the subscription so I did twice. Still billed me never sent me anything else just a bill. They wouldnt redund my money. Tried to tell me they could only give half back. For something I never got the second & 3rd time I was billed. I eventually had to call my bank and cancel my card. The bank finally refunded all my money but 60days later and over 200$ missing. Its just a head ache. Its not even worth the hassle. After this my husband is so Leary of us even making online purchases anymore!!

I like everything about this except it has a really bad smell while it's drying. No smell once it's dry but while applying it(I use a foundation brush). And I never had dry skin in my face. It makes my cheeks dry

This product has little or no value. Slippery goo in a blue bottle. The supplier is not honest. Refunds are not processed.

This stuff is a scam.

It is kind of a hassle to get that squeeze dropper to get the serum on your finger/hand to apply to your face, but this serum works...It is definitely not a scam...in fact, I believe this is the serum that was on shark tank that all 5 sharks went in on. I love it and have received so many compliments. It also makes my skin so soft and silky... In my opinion, it is the best serum out there. I love it !!!
