Valor Glendale Dimension Fire Stove - 1.8kW

We looked at a lot of Electric Fire Stoves, and were aware that many of them were reviewed as noisy. The Valor Glendale Fire Stove was the quietest one we could find at a reasonable cost, and has a good "Flame" effect -as this was our primary reason for buying one and not the heat output, - and this stove came out tops.. The fire has a opening door and is quite substantial in its build with a chrome finish, it has four settings (besides off) 1.) Hologram effect- panel illuminated showing coals. 2.)Hologram and flame effect - moving flames, 3.) 2 plus half heat. 4) 2 plus full heat.. When the Flame effect is on the hum is very low and not audible over the tv, also when half heat and full heat is applied the fan heater is not noisy just as you would expect a fan heater to be... The Holographic image inside means that there are of course no actual coals or logs however when the door is closed the effect is exactly the same as one with the aforementioned coals. The remote is also very handy, as a lot of cheaper stoves do not have one.We are very pleased with this little stove and would recommend it
