I ordered this product solely for the benefits of the amino acid complex, ie, increased energy and vitality, menopausal support, mood elevation, improved sleep patterns, and weight management. That's a lot for one little pill to accomplish, but I am hopeful. I have been taking this supplement for about 10 days and I have noticed improved sleep!! I have been an insomniac for about 20 yrs, so I appreciate thiis first benefit. With a few more weeks. I hope to have more to report. After taking these I've been having deep sleep. Also I have a scale that track my muscle mass. In a couple weeks it went from 165 to 174 in lean muscle mass. This stuff is HGh in a bottle I hope they don't go up on price.
