Much needed
Looks very stylish as a necklace and helped me a lot to reduce the amount of cigarettes I’m having during the day. It also helps me concentrate while working. Concentrate on breathing helped me to make many things differently in a calmer way. I bought it mainly because its looking good but the benefits of using it surprised me to be honest. I would buy it again but luckily there 2 of them included
