I received one that would not work
Amazon replaced it and the replacement works great.Very happy with this item.This one has a larger container or picture than most , and makes enough for two large cups in one batch .

Don't buy it
This thing just sucks. The first one I received stopped working 5 weeks after I bought it (only used maybe 4 times in that span), had an awful time trying to get ahold of customer service, when they finally answered they said they'd send me a new one. The new one never worked out of the box. Don't buy this piece of junk.

Highly Disappointed
I was so excited about this blender loved that it’s a glass pitcher but OMG! I kid you not I used this once to make Sofrito (epice) it stopped working I couldn’t even blend it all because literally it stopped. I disconnected thinking maybe the motor needs to cool down it was a bit hot nope did not work after a day I plugged it the light never came on and the blender never worked. I tried looking for the number or email for customer service but couldn’t find any on the listing or on their page. Amazon 30 day return had just expired so what do you do? I hope this blender works out better for others everyone has their own experience I’m not going to say don’t buy. It didn’t work for me it’s unfortunate I can’t get a refund or a replacement or reach their customer service or anything. Lesson learned. 😩🥺😞*********************UPDATE*********************04/24 Customer service reached out to me and offered me a FULL REFUND. WHAT! That was Unexpected but much appreciated. Thank You.
