I think this matcha is great and high quality for the price. It has a rich earthy green color and smell and is foamy when it is stirred, all indicators of a high quality matcha. Because of its high quality and potency I found it is easy to add too much of the matcha to a drink, but I found that only a little bit is needed - I find that between 1 and 2 teaspoons in a mug sized cup is perfect for me. It is unsweetened so if you like to make a sweet drink, adding sugar or a drizzle of honey works great. It is also great combined with milk or a milk substitute. Drinking a good quality matcha/green tea regularly is very healthy so I'm glad I found this one. I've added some photos so you can get an idea.

I love this matcha!It's very easy to mix in with even cold water (put matcha in first, about a 4th amount of water you're going to use, mix and add the rest)The taste is also very good
