Too small for my chair

I have returned this item as it was not what I wanted, I would like a refund which I have asked for but heard nothing.

This item did not fit my recliner chair. It was very differcult to fit as their was no labels saying which piece was which. Very disappointing. And I have now taken the items off the chair in disgust and using a throw.
