Our 3 layer construction for this double fleece jacket has it performing like it has a hard outer shell. The two layers of 100% poly fleece are bonded together, with a breathable laminate in between. The laminate lets the overheated air out while keeping cold air away from you. The 3 layer construction makes this a windproof and water resistant jacket. Elastic cuffs, as well as a drawstring bottom keep the wind out.
