5 ft isn't as long as it sounds on paper. Me and my headphones can't reach the fridge.
Not high end by and means, but sturdy, sound seems good, good price, timely delivery. I got what I paid for and I'm a happy customer here.Two problems, nothing to do with manufacturer or seller, completely personal to me:- First, I wish I'd gotten longer cords. Easy fix as these are a reasonable price so I'll keep the short ones as spares (see second problem) and order longer ones.- Second, the nylon braided wire coating tastes good to my cat. She's chewed through three already so I have to unplug and hide the cords when I'm not using them (*sigh*).Teaser: I need a pair of cat hand-cuffs and I need them right away! 5 points to Gryffindor for whoever can tell me the origin of that quote.

Works perfectly with Bose 700 and PS Portal
I bought this cable for my Bose 700 headphones to use with the PS Portal because I refuse to pay the Sony extortion fee and buy their proprietary wireless headphones. It works perfectly for sound, but it doesn’t have the microphone or volume control on the wire. It does what it’s supposed to so I can use my Bose headphones with the PS Portal.

Great Cable!!!
The nice cable looks premium and feels premium. The length is perfect. I use it at work for my Bose headsets. The desktop is far, and the cable is perfect for me.

Excellent, fits and works
My Bose headset has this funky configuration where the cable plugs into the headset. This cable fits tightly into the plug, making that "notch" irrelevant. The cable works great with no crackling noise. Everything is clear and as others have said, it is almost better than the original cable that came with the earphones.

Great Quality, Wish it Was Longer
I originally bought this because the 3.5 to 2.5 mm cables that came with my bose qcs were both short and felt flimsy. These cables feel extremely durable and have held up quite nicely after being tripped upon and rolled over by an office chair a few times.I wish they were slightly longer though, my desktop is around an arm's width away from me and there's barely any slack when I connect through the front headphone jack to my headphones. Though, most of the cables of this type I've found on Amazon are roughly the same length, so I can't really complain.
