This heavy-duty roaster surpasses expectations. I've utilized it once in the oven and once in my smoker for hams, turkeys, pork butt, and korean short kid .Even a 25lb turkey is a breeze for it; it didn't budge an inch. I had a previously inexpensive roaster that proved too small, causing a mess in the oven because it couldn't accommodate the entire bird. For the smoker, I resorted to foil pans, which made handling them when full of meat and juices quite precarious.The sturdy rack keeps the meat elevated above the juices, preventing sogginess, even when the pan is covered, allowing for moisture and steam without compromising the meat's texture. I specifically chose this pan for its lack of coating, enabling me to shred meat or create pan gravy directly within the roaster. Unlike non-stick pans that are prone to scratches and eventually contaminate the food, this one doesn't require delicate handling. A chainmail scrubber tackles any tough residues, while Scotch-Brite pads take care of the rest, resulting in easy cleanup. While they may be a bit pricey, I genuinely believe this roaster will serve me for a lifetime. It eliminates any concerns on holiday meal days and eliminates the need for disposable foil pans in the smoker, making it a worthwhile investment.

The pan is made out of a resistant material, is very durable, and well made. It is easy to clean up and is not very heavy. It is having a nice appearance and is easy to maneuvre.

The size of the pan is good enough to keep big size turkey and accessories is good enough to handle the hot food preparation

This kit is everything I needed to roast a turkey. I like how nicely it fits in my oven and has everything I would need to make a great turkey. After my first time using it I am happy with the material it is made out of and do expect it to be the last turkey pan that I will need. This kit does include some additional tools that I normally would not have bought, however they do make the job significantly easier.
